• Session fees and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellation policies will be outlined in your contract. Rescheduling may be possible based on availability.

3. Image Rights & Usage

• Clients receive high-resolution digital images for personal use.

• We retain copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, marketing, and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

• We strive for the best results but cannot guarantee specific images due to factors like weather and venue conditions.

• We are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent us from delivering services (e.g., emergencies, force majeure).
